Microsoft Outlook Express is a free, basic email plan. You can import electronic mail letters and account information from Outlook Limited into Microsoft Outlook.

In Outlook Express, each postal service folder corresponds to a single file. For example, the Inbox binder in Outlook Express is a single file, Inbox.dbx. Conversely, Outlook stores each bulletin as an individual file. 12. To close the Scan for Folder dialog box, click OK.

13. To close the Store Location dialog box, click OK.

14. When you are prompted to use the new messages or supplant them with messages from the onetime store location, click Yes to switch to that store.

15. Leave Outlook Express, and then commencement it again to complete the process.

Import Outlook Express letters into Outlook

1. Choose one of the following options:

   • In Outlook 2010, on the File tab, click Open > Import.
